What are Monster Clings?
Monster Clings are large, self-adhesive vinyl cut-out wall graphics that will adhere to any flat, clean indoor wall surface. Monster Clings will not damage the walls. They are made either from your digital photographs, or from a stock photograph available through many online websites.

How big is each Monster Cling?
Monster Clings come in 3', 4', 5' and 6' lengths. The width can be up to 54", depending on the digital photograph.

How do you install Monster Clings?
Installing Monster Clings is as easy as having a clean dry wall, two people to peel off the Monster Cling, and sticking it to the wall. No thumbtacks, tape, glue, nails, pins or anything is needed to apply your Monster Cling. And with each order we provide you with easy to follow hanging instructions.

My Monster Cling doesn't stay up. What went wrong?
A Monster Cling will only stay up on a clean, flat indoor surfaces only. Textured surfaces or anything outdoors, like your car, RV or driveway will probably result in your Monster Cling not sticking properly.

Does my Monster Cling have to be cut out?
No. You can tell us to cut around the image, or leave the entire area as your Monster Cling. Its up to you. Monster Clings are customizable to get you the look you want. Same price for either.

Should I keep the backing or the shipping tube my Monster Cling came in?
It's a good idea to keep both the liner and the tube. If you need to move or ship your Monster Cling, having the liner and shipping tube are very helpful.

What if I no longer have the liner that my Monster Cling came in?
Remove the Monster Cling and place it face down on a flat surface. Cover the entire sticky area with wax paper. Then roll it up and put it in a tube. Remember not to fold the Monster Cling.

What kind of image is needed to be a Monster Cling?
Good question. The better the picture you send us, the better your Monster Cling will look. We strongly recommend a digital photo. The higher the resolution, the better the Monster Cling will look. The digital camera should have a mega pixel rating of 3.5 or more. If you are not sure if your resolution is high enough, set it on the highest image resolution setting possible. Also, if the image you send us is over 1.0 Mb, you'll be fine.

What formats do you accept?
We can create Monster Clings from nearly any type of picture that can be uploaded. These include jpg, PDF, eps, tiff, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Can I get the status of my order?
Once you have ordered your Monster Cling, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive an additional email with your UPS tracking number once your product is shipped. At that point, simply go to www.ups.com and use your tracking number to check for your Monster Cling.

How long does it take to get my Monster Cling?
We normally print your image within 3-5 days and then ship via UPS. Delivery time is usually 1 to 5 days, depending on the shipping method you've chosen.

What is Monster Clings return policy?
We stand completely behind our products. If the Monster Cling that you receive is materially different from your original image, then you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. However, we can't accept returns that have been removed from the liner.

Additionally, we will replace items that were damaged during shipping or otherwise damaged in some material way. If the Monster Cling packaging is badly damaged, refuse the package, notify us right away, and we'll send you another one. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at Customerservice@monsterclings.com.

Do you offer volume or other discounts?
Yes. Please contact us prior to placing any large volume orders. We also provide discounts to schools and other organizations. Let us know your situation and we'll provide you with a customized estimate.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only on orders shipped to an address within the state of Minnesota.

What payment options are available?
Monster Clings accepts payment though PayPal.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the United States and Canada.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. It has to be shipped to an address. If not to your home, typically a friend's house, relative's house or work location are good alternatives.

Is your site secure?
Yes. Look at the bottom of the pages. We are a Godaddy.com secure website, using the most current SSL protection available. Additionally, once your Monster Cling is printed and shipped, we delete your credit card and billing information from our system.

What are your business hours?

I haven't heard from Customer Service on a question I had. Why is that?
Once in a while, we receive a notification that says your spam filter has rejected us. If you add Customerservice@monsterclings.com to your accepted list, we will be able to communicate with you more easily.
